Ingredients
2 Cups of Sugar
2 Cups of Flour
2 Sticks of Butter
4 TBS Hersheys Cocoa
1 Cups of Water
1 TSP Cinnamon
1 TSP Vanilla
1 TSP Baking Soda dissovled in a 1/2 cup of buttermilk
2 eggs
Directions
Sift sugar, flour, and Cinnamon.
Bring butter, cocoa, and water to a boil pour over dry ingredients mix well. Add buttermilk soda mix, eggs and vanilla. mix well.
Batter will be rather thin bake in a 11x16 inch greased pan with sides for 20 minutes @ 400 degrees.
Ingredients for cake Icing
1 stick butter
4 TBS cocoa
6 TBS Milk
1 box of powdered sugar
1 TSP vanilla
Directions for Icing
Bring butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil add powdered sugar, and vanilla beat well. spread over cake while cake and icing are still hot if icing is to stiff add a few drops of milk.
