Time Saver-No Pastry Quiche


6-8 eggs

1/4 cup cream

1/4 cup corn kernels

1 cup chopped bacon rashers

1/2 cup onions roughly chopped

1/4 cup shredded cheese

Four slices tomatoes


Beat the eggs in a bowl, add cream. Place in bowl corn kernels, chopped bacon, onions.

Pour contents into oven proof dish, sprinkle with shredded cheese, lay sliced tomatoes on top. Cook as to your preference. Cooked through or slightly soft in centre.
